At Boutique by Loretta Anne (Trade Name Crafted by Loretta Anne), we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our return and refund process.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or alterations (this includes scuffs, stains, or odors).
- Shoes must be returned in a Shipping Box (placed inside the original box if received that way).
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: cosmetics, lotions, and any other consumable products.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Final sale, clearance, or personalized/custom items cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return Rejections
- If returned items do not meet our return requirements, we will not issue a refund.
- In such cases, the products will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
How to Start a Return

- Pack your items securely, including the original packaging where possible.
- Ship to the address provided in your return instructions.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
